

The pneumatic downward discharge valve is mainly installed on a reaction kettle with a frame-type or anchor-type stirrer. When the valve is opened, the movement direction of the valve stem and valve disc is consistent with the flow direction of the medium. The valve core does not extend into the kettle, so the material is discharged in a static state without accumulation. The valve is welded to the bottom of the reaction kettle, storage tank, or other containers through its removable bottom flange. During operation, the valve core moves downward, and the fluid flows through the annular leakage hole between the valve disc and the valve body to the valve outlet without obstructing the flow of the medium. As a result, the residual material typically found at the container outlet is eliminated. When closing, the valve disc rises to the valve inlet and blocks the material outlet
