The pneumatic bottom valve is used for discharging materials from reaction vessels in clean industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fine chemicals, and food. The valve has advantages such as no dead zones, no residuals, no leaks, and excellent sealing performance. When used with a stirrer, the bottom materials can fully mix with water during stirring, ensuring even distribution. The valve adopts a 35-degree installation angle, which provides a self-cleaning function for material discharge and makes equipment maintenance more convenient. The valve’s inner surface is mirror-polished with a roughness of 0.2-0.45 μm, making it cleaner for use.

Compact structure ensures installation in confined spaces.
The design is ideal both in terms of flow rate and process requirements, and it prevents turbulence during draining.
Available in all current interface types, such as welded, clamp, or threaded connections.
Valve body material is made of SUS316L.
The valve body surface can be mechanically polished or electropolished according to customer requirements, with precision up to 0.25 μm.
The tilted ball valve can be equipped with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators
We can design and develop according to the needs of our customers to meet the requirements of different clients.
