The electric carbon steel globe valve, also known as an electric shutoff valve, is widely used and differs from an electric ball valve. During the opening and closing process, the friction between sealing surfaces is minimal, making it more durable. It has a relatively small opening height, is easy to manufacture, and simple to maintain. It is suitable not only for medium and low pressure but also for high-pressure applications. The valve stem rotates with electric thrust, making the valve disc’s sealing surface tightly adhere to the valve seat’s sealing surface, preventing the flow of the medium.

Design & Manufacturing |
Conforms to national standards with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and aesthetic appearance. |
|
Sealing Surface |
Valve disc and seat sealed with iron-based or Stellite cobalt-based alloy welding, offering wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance for a longer service life. |
|
Valve Stem |
Heat-treated and surface nitrided for superior corrosion and scratch resistance. |
|
Back Seal |
Uses threaded seal connections or body-welded austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. Packing replacement is convenient and can be done without stopping the system operation. |
We can design and develop according to the needs of our customers to meet the requirements of different clients.
