This motor series meets all performance specifications, including temperature rise, maximum pullout torque, efficiency, power factor, noise, and vibration, as stipulated in Q/CTS JT002-2020 for flameproof permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motors for mining applications. In terms of efficiency, all models exceed the Level 2 requirements of GB30253-2013, with 53 percent of the series achieving Level 1 or higher performance.
Advantages:
This high-performance motor delivers up to 3× rated torque, with ultra-low vibration (≤0.3 mm/s) and precision runout (1 µm). It operates quietly at 55 dB(A), reaches rated speed in 2 seconds, and provides instant torque. The compact, permanent magnet design saves energy and reduces frame size by 1-2 levels versus equivalent asynchronous motors.
Configuration Options:
Encoders: TBVFX series offers rotary transformers (1/4/6-pair pole); TBVFC/TBVFO series available without encode.TBVFX: Natural cooling ;TBVFO/TBVFC: Forced air/coaxial cooling.
Application Fields:
It is suitable for industries such as petrochemical, mining, metallurgy, power, and textiles. It is used for electric drive in equipment including belt conveyors, machine tools, fans, compressors, and other machinery.
Environmental Conditions:
Altitude not exceeding 1000m/Ambient air temperature from -20°C to 40°C

Control valve vibration refers to the rapid opening and closing of the valve during operation, indicating that the control valve cannot stably maintain an appropriate position to sustain the predetermined process conditions. This condition causes the process variables in the closed-loop system to fluctuate around thei...
