H41H Lift Check Valves Description

H41H lift check valve has a structure similar to that of a globe valve, with the only difference being the absence of a valve stem to drive the valve disc. The medium flows into the valve from the lower side of the inlet and exits through the upper side of the outlet. When the inlet pressure exceeds the combined weight of the valve disc and the flow resistance it encounters, the valve opens automatically. Conversely, when the medium flows back, the valve closes automatically due to the pressure change, thus preventing backflow.

Swing Check Valve

The valve disc moves vertically along the centerline of the valve body.

Installation

Can only be installed on horizontal pipelines.

Material for Disc

In high-pressure, small-diameter check valves, the valve disc can be spherical.

Valve Body Design

Similar to a globe valve, resulting in a higher fluid resistance coefficient.

Guidance Mechanism

The upper part of the disc and the lower part of the valve cover have guide sleeves.

Flow Prevention

The disc guide sleeve prevents backflow by guiding the disc on the valve seat.

Straight-through Check Valve

The direction of the media inlet and outlet is perpendicular to the valve seat passage.

Vertical Check Valve

The media inlet and outlet are in the same direction, resulting in lower flow resistance compared to the straight-through type.
