V621YC Valve Limit Switch Description

The VATTEN limit switch model V621YC is equipped with dual Honeywell mechanical contacts, ensuring rapid response and high precision in operation. The choice of mechanical contacts guarantees long-term stability, minimizing the risk of misoperation. Additionally, the stainless steel bracket provides excellent corrosion resistance, enabling the switch to operate reliably even in harsh environments. This feature significantly extends the service life of the switch.

Universal AC/DC Compatibility

Silver-plated contacts to prevent poor contact due to copper oxidation.

Display Cap

Made from impact-resistant, high-transparency polycarbonate, maintaining clarity even outdoors (compared to AS or acrylic used in some market products).

Surface Layer

Outdoor-specific epoxy resin, resistant to fading or peeling over time.

Materials

Stainless steel used for all components (shaft, screws, brackets) to ensure high product quality. Market products may have thinner walls and cheaper materials like UNIWO’s 1/2 thickness, fast-cutting iron shafts, or zinc-plated screws.

Shaft and Shell

Copper sleeve for good gloss and tight sealing between shaft and outer casing.

Explosion-Proof Switch

Wall thickness ≥ 4.5mm, meeting explosion-proof research institute standards.

Certifications

Waterproof and explosion-proof certifications.

Internal Protection

Corrosion-resistant treatment and color coating applied inside the switch.

Casting Material

ADC12D for the body material.
