Manual Knife Gate Valve Description
The manual knife gate valve features a bidirectional sealing design, offering 100% pressure resistance in both directions with zero leakage. Its unique U-shaped seat design effectively prevents medium accumulation inside the valve cavity, keeping the valve clean and enhancing its reliability and lifespan. Additionally, this design ensures an unrestricted full-bore flow passage, minimizing resistance and maintaining stable flow. The manual knife gate valve is particularly suitable for media such as pulp, chemicals, sludge, slurry, and water, making it widely used across various industries where efficient sealing and fluid control are critical.

Valve Body |
a) The knife gate valve adopts an integral structure with an ultra-thin body and a full-bore flow passage. This design effectively minimizes medium leakage, reduces flow loss, lowers costs, and facilitates easy installation and operation. |

b) The bottom of the valve passage is designed without grooves, which prevents medium accumulation and avoids jamming during valve closure. |

Gate Plate |
