Manual Carbon Steel Knife Gate Valve Description
The manual carbon steel knife gate valve works by moving the gate plate perpendicular to the flow direction to shut off the medium, thereby controlling the on/off state of the pipeline fluid. This movement effectively blocks the flow of the medium through the valve, ensuring precise control over the fluid.
With a shorter structural length, the knife gate valve experiences lower flow resistance when the fluid passes through, which contributes to higher flow efficiency and reduces energy loss. This feature is especially beneficial in pipeline systems requiring high flow rates.
