Manual Stainless Steel Knife Gate Valve Description
The manual stainless steel knife gate valve is a knife-type gate valve equipped with a bonnet. It features an attractive appearance, lightweight design, and compact structure. It can be operated either manually or pneumatically. The bonnet-style design of the knife gate valve greatly improves the sealing performance at the packing area, effectively preventing medium leakage from the packing. This makes it especially suitable for switching operations involving gases and toxic or hazardous media.

Valve Body |
a) The knife gate valve adopts an integrated ultra-thin body structure with a full-bore flow channel. This design greatly reduces the risk of medium leakage, minimizes flow loss, lowers production costs, and facilitates easy installation and operation. |

b) The bottom of the valve body flow channel has no recessed grooves, effectively preventing medium accumulation that could cause clogging or jamming during valve closure. |

Gate Plate |
a) The bottom of the gate plate features a knife-shaped arc design, providing strong shearing capability and excellent sealing performance when the gate moves. It is particularly suitable for controlling dry pulp and media containing fibers. |

b) The thickness of the gate plate can be increased according to the actual pipeline pressure requirements. |
