Pneumatic LT Type Lug Butterfly Valves Description

The VATTEN pneumatic LT-type lug butterfly valve features a threaded lug design that ensures a reliable connection between the valve and the pipeline. The threaded lugs provide a secure fixation during installation, reducing the risk of loosening. This design is especially suitable for applications that require strong connections, capable of withstanding higher pressures.

In addition, the lug design excels in sealing performance. The precise fit of the threaded lugs effectively prevents leakage, ensuring stable operation of the system. With careful material selection and precise manufacturing techniques, the valve's pressure resistance is also well ensured.

The pneumatic actuator is made of double-acting aluminum alloy, recommended for use with air source pressure of 5-7kg.
