The nitrogen sealing valve is a self-regulating valve developed by our company based on domestic and international usage requirements for such products. This product does not require external energy, as it uses the energy from the regulated medium as the power source. It introduces pressure into the valve’s controller, controls the valve core position, and changes the valve core throttling area to ensure the set pressure remains constant.
This product features sensitive operation, good sealing performance, minimal pressure fluctuation, high control accuracy, and a large pressure reduction ratio. Therefore, it is suitable for applications such as petroleum products or oil tank storage, chemical and pharmaceutical nitrogen, or other protective gas micro-pressure automatic regulation.
Features of the Nitrogen Sealing Valve:
High control accuracy, which can be about twice as high as that of general direct-acting pressure regulators.
Large differential pressure adjustment range (e.g., 0.8 MPa before the valve, 0.001 MPa after the valve), making it especially suitable for micro-pressure gas control.
The pressure setting is done on the controller, making it convenient, quick, labor-saving, and time-saving, with continuous adjustments possible during operation

|
High Control Accuracy |
Provides approximately double the precision compared to standard direct-operated pressure-regulating valves. |
|
Large Differential Pressure Range |
Suitable for micro-pressure gas control (e.g., 0.8 MPa upstream, 0.001 MPa downstream). |
|
Convenient Pressure Setting |
Pressure can be easily set via the controller, allowing for quick, effortless, and continuous adjustment during operation. |
We can design and develop according to the needs of our customers to meet the requirements of different clients.
